When performing the preceding steps and the touchpad still does not work correctly, you can use a restore point to take the operating system to a time the touchpad worked (in Windows 10 it is called refreshing the operating system). Hi. @Alienware Area-51 ALX 2006 @xiaomei Checked in device manager, though I couldn't find touchpad or mouse drivers installed, there was a lenovo keyboard device installed in it (and HID keyboard device, nothing else). After uninstall, removal of the lenovo keyboard device, all default drivers including the HID compliant touchpad just came into existence and now it works well. Wondering from where the lenovo dude got into my system. 153554b96e
