Change the audio output from the device. This is used to display large UI elements over locomotion, e.g. when the game is paused or you are in a menu. Audio can be redirected to headphones or integrated with a TV (with an optional splitter).
Click see more to view the full list. The loco S is compatible with any Vive VR headset. Note that since the loco S is standalone and does not require any external controllers, it does not require any additional physical space if the Vive is in a dedicated room. Players can continue using the Vive in VR while playing on the loco S.
Note that if you are not using a Viveport account (Viveport is a subscription-based game catalog similar to Xbox Live or PlayStation Network), Steam is the only way to download games or VR apps, and if you have purchased a Vive, it will come with a Viveport subscription. While Viveport is free to try, if you wish to download and play games you must subscribe to the service. If you already have a Vive, you have already subscribed to the Viveport service, and you will have access to all of its VR apps and games.
The Viveport service also offers an access to Viveport Arcade, which is the Vive’s own store. Arcade has numerous VR games available for purchase and is another great way to try out VR for free.
Label-free locomotion imaging using optical microscopy.
High-throughput analysis of micro-swimmer 3D locomotion patterns.
Measurement of 3D locomotion patterns of sperm.
Measurement of 3D locomotion patterns of biological cells.
Measurement of swimming speed in close-to-real-time.
High-throughput analysis of micro-swimmer taxis behaviors.
We believe our imaging system can be of great interest for the research community including biologists and bioengineers, as well as researchers in the fields of micro-robotics, microfluidics and motility-related applications. It will also enable the development of new tools for the efficient and label-free examination of motility and locomotion behaviors, including for the analysis of micro-swimmers in chemically- and environmentally-fluidic environments.
Lokomat has become the gold standard for locomotion rehabilitation as a result of its high acceptability, widespread support, and evidence of efficacy. Lokomat has also been successfully used for other applications, such as the treatment of spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, and balance disorders.4 827ec27edc
